Assessment of AAE-C1INH Disease Burden and Validation of Clinical Trial Endpoints Published in Frontiers in Immunology

Pharvaris announced publication of a qualitative study assessing disease burden in AAE-C1INH patients and validating patient-reported outcome measures. The study findings informed the design of the ongoing Phase 3 CREAATE trial investigating deucrictibant for prophylaxis and on-demand treatment of AAE-C1INH attacks. Results demonstrated significant multifaceted disease burden with frequent painful attacks disrupting daily life, and validated the use of established PRO instruments for measuring treatment benefits.
