Arq Appoints Peter Owino as Chief Accounting Officer

Arq, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARQ) announced the appointment of Peter Owino as Chief Accounting Officer effective September 1, 2026. Owino, who has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience including roles at KPMG, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young, will receive inducement equity awards of 100,000 restricted stock units vesting over three years.
