Arcutis Presents ZORYVE® (roflumilast) Data and Real-World Topical Corticosteroid Research at EADV and Fall Clinical

Arcutis Biotherapeutics presented clinical data for ZORYVE (roflumilast) across multiple inflammatory skin conditions at major dermatology conferences. The INTEGUMENT-INFANT trial showed the drug was well-tolerated in infants aged 3-24 months with atopic dermatitis, with 34.4% achieving disease clearance at 4 weeks. Additional analyses demonstrated ZORYVE's efficacy in treating psoriasis on special sites including the scalp and genitals, with improvements in sexual function and quality of life. Real-world research highlighted concerns about long-term topical corticosteroid use, including skin thinning and systemic side effects, positioning ZORYVE as a potential alternative therapy.
