ARCPOINT ANNOUNCES FAILURE-TO-FILE CEASE TRADE ORDER

ARCpoint Inc. (TSXV: ARC) announced that the British Columbia Securities Commission issued a failure-to-file cease trade order on August 5, 2026, due to the company's failure to file audited annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, by the July 29 deadline. The cease trade order prohibits all trading in the company's Class A Subordinate Voting Shares. The delay stems from the company's lack of available funds to pay auditors and accounting personnel. Trading remains suspended until the company files the required documents and the BCSC revokes the order.
