Arcee AI Reaches $1B+ Valuation with Series B Funding to Advance Frontier Open-Weight AI

Arcee AI, a U.S. artificial intelligence company, announced a Series B funding round led by Vista Equity Partners, Cambium Capital, and Emergence Capital, valuing the company at over $1 billion. The funding will accelerate development of its Trinity family of open-weight models, expand collaboration with the U.S. Department of Energy, and launch new products for customizing and deploying open models. Arcee demonstrated capital efficiency by developing its 2025 model lineup, including Trinity Large (400B parameters), for approximately $20 million.
