Anavex Life Sciences Names Terrie Kellmeyer, Ph.D., as President and Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors

Anavex Life Sciences appointed Terrie Kellmeyer, Ph.D., as President and CEO, transitioning from her interim role. Under her leadership, the company has achieved key milestones including FDA clearance of its IND application for blarcamesine in Fragile X syndrome, completion of clinical pharmacology studies, and progress on its Phase 3 Rett syndrome program. Kellmeyer brings over 30 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience in clinical development and regulatory affairs.
