AMREP Reports Fiscal 2026 Results

AMREP Corporation reported net income of $10.3 million ($1.91 per diluted share) for fiscal year 2026, down from $12.7 million ($2.37 per diluted share) in fiscal 2025, despite revenues increasing to $52.8 million from $49.7 million. The New Mexico-based real estate developer and homebuilder attributed the variance to fluctuations in transaction timing and property types.
