Alignment Health Plan and Astrana Health Partner to Expand Access to Trusted Local Care for California Seniors

Alignment Health Plan announced a provider arrangement with Astrana Health to expand in-network access to primary and specialty care for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries across seven California counties (Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara) beginning January 1, 2027. The collaboration will provide members access to Astrana's network of 3,000 primary care providers and 6,500 specialists, with emphasis on multilingual and culturally responsive care for California's diverse senior population.
