AL Sydbank A/S share buyback programme: transactions in week 36

AL Sydbank A/S completed 32,000 share buybacks in week 36 of its DKK 1,100m buyback programme, with transactions totaling DKK 21.8m at an average weighted price of DKK 681.28. The bank has now accumulated 1,146,000 shares (1.30% of share capital) since the programme commenced on 2 March 2026.
