AL Sydbank A/S share buyback programme: transactions in week 31

AL Sydbank A/S completed its share buyback programme transactions for week 31 (27-31 July 2026), repurchasing 35,000 shares for DKK 21.5 million at an average weighted price ranging from DKK 607.60 to DKK 624.23. The bank has now accumulated 982,000 shares (1.12% of share capital) under its DKK 1.1 billion buyback programme, which runs through January 2027.
