AL Sydbank A/S share buyback programme: transactions in week 28

AL Sydbank A/S completed 25,000 share buybacks in week 28 (6-10 July 2026) as part of its DKK 1,100m buyback programme announced in February 2026. The transactions were executed at an average weighted price (VWAP) ranging from DKK 596.57 to DKK 607.93 per share, totaling DKK 15,104,250. Cumulatively, the bank has repurchased 887,000 shares (1.01% of share capital) since the programme commenced on 2 March 2026.
