Agility Robotics Announces Audit Committee Chair for Planned Public-Company Board

Agility Robotics announced that Mark Vale, former UPS president and current CEO of Transportation Insight, will join its board of directors and chair its audit committee following the completion of its business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI. Vale brings over 30 years of logistics and finance experience to support Agility's commercial expansion of its Digit humanoid robot and transition to public company operations under the Nasdaq ticker AGLT.
