VSORA enters a new phase, as Ardian joins its shareholder base

VSORA, a French semiconductor company, announced a strengthened funding round led by Ardian to accelerate commercialization of its Jotunn8 AI inference processor. The round includes investments from Otium, XAnge, NJJ Capital, Capgemini, CloudHQ, SPRIND, EIC Fund, Omnes Capital, and Critical Path Ventures. The funding will support large-scale deployments and a larger financing round planned for 2027 to fuel international expansion.
