VisionWave Holdings has executed a definitive agreement to acquire up to 52% controlling interest in Foresight Autonomous Holdings for $17.5 million in stock. The acquisition combines VisionWave's RF-based AI detection with Foresight's optical and thermal computer vision sensing, along with the previously acquired xClibre AI video intelligence platform, to create a unified multi-modal perception platform for defense and security applications.
